Head of Brand Design

A company is looking for a Head of Brand Design and Creative.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the brand design strategy to support business objectives across all markets

Build and lead a global team of brand designers and establish creative processes for efficiency and quality

Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to align creative output with strategic priorities

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in brand design or creative leadership roles

Experience leading and scaling creative teams in high-growth environments

Proven ability to design and implement scalable creative systems and governance frameworks

BSc / BA in advertising, fine art, design, or a relevant field

Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage
