Head of Graphic Design The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing brand and digital design impact, as well as experience with brand identity systems and visual guidelines. • Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand across all platforms using modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software • Establish scalable design systems to improve collaboration workflows among team members including graphic designers, marketing specialists and IT staff. • Lead high-performing teams of graphic designers in delivering successful marketing campaigns for growth initiatives Key Requirements: • A minimum of 7 years of experience in senior or lead roles within the field of graphic design • Mastery over Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop InDesign Illustrator and Premiere Pro along with proficiency in Figma sketch and Asana
