We’re Totallee and we build e-commerce brands. Both brands donate 1% of sales to charity and we’re committed to becoming a carbon-neutral company by the end of 2021. We’re looking for someone with advanced email marketing knowledge, an understanding of technical SEO, graphic design skills, and a passion for DTC brands. The ideal candidate aligns with us on generating long-term profit over short-term gains. Qualifications and Skills: \\- At least 3 years of SEM experience \\- At least 3 years of marketing experience for DTC brands or at an agency \\- Experience with advanced email marketing software like Klaviyo (creating campaigns, flows, segmentation, A/B testing) \\- Skilled graphic design and experience with Photoshop (you’ll be designing emails) \\- Strong technical SEO knowledge \\- Strong copywriting skills (you’ll be writing emails) \\- Basic coding understanding of HTML/CSS (you’ll be implementing live-text emails) \\- Organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented \\- Team player \\- Self-starter interested in learning and growing Responsibilities: \\- Improve the performance of our existing email flows, primarily via segmentation \\- Focus on creating long-term value and increasing LTV \\- Create campaign based emails \\- Improve email quality that results in higher $ per email recipient \\- Build out the email flow for a new skincare consultation service \\- Work with copywriters to create SEO-optimized articles \\- Improve on-site SEO \\- Work with Marketing Associate to drive press and backlinks \\- Work with our Head of Paid Advertising to integrate email marketing and paid ads (shared audiences) \\- Occasionally use email marketing to drive off-site sales (retail) \\- Develop new strategies and tactics for driving customer relationships, retention, and lifetime value \\- Collaborate with the whole marketing team to develop new growth and retention projects Bonus Points: \\- Understanding of paid marketing Compensation and Benefits: \\- Base Salary: $100,000/yr \\- Performance bonus: up to $20,000 \\- Participate in company- wide bonus pool \\- Health insurance 100% paid by company \\- Generous paid vacation, paid sick days, and paid parental leave \\- Commission on every sale (after 1 year) \\- Opportunity for growth and advancement \\- Be part of an awesome, welcoming, and supportive team Work Schedule: \\- Full-time from the company’s office (this is not a remote position) How to Apply: \\- Include a resume \\- Answer the following questions: 1) What is your most valuable skill set?
