This role is a supporting, behind-the-scenes position, working closely with Product Owners and Project Managers throughout various project life cycles. The ideal candidate will bring strong design expertise, healthcare familiarity, and the ability to create visually compelling, interactive resources that drive engagement and clarity for healthcare providers. Experience with Visio or equivalent tools for process and journey mapping. High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, or related field preferred. Demonstrated ability to create content that aligns with both client branding and healthcare communication standards.
