Collaborating closely with the Brand and Communications Team Lead, Director of Marketing, and cross-functional teams, the Senior Graphic Designer will deliver innovative design solutions that align with our marketing and business objectives and reinforce our position as leaders in technology, cybersecurity, and IT services. • Be a champion of brand consistency with the Brand and Communications Team Lead, the marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to brand standards across all marketing design and communication—internal and external. • Elevate the HBS visual identity and brand presence across all marketing channels, driving increased engagement and brand recognition through visually stunning designs. • Work with the Brand and Communications Team Lead to develop and maintain HBS brand language and design system. Required Experience : • 5+ years of experience in brand design in an agency or corporate setting • A portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and branding for print and digital • Expertise in current graphic design practices, including fluency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop • Experience creating and maintaining brand language, standards, and design system
