The Apple Human Interface Design team conceptualizes, designs, and creates the user experience for all Apple products and services. Your ideas can shape the interaction, graphic, sound, and haptic experiences used by millions of people around the world.

### Description

The Apple Design team strives to answer the question of what a great product should be. Our work is driven by an iterative design process and realized through a highly collaborative group of specialists focused on creating the best possible user experience. We lead that collaboration through concepts and prototypes.

In this role, you will support a team of designers crafting UI for Apple’s software platforms and first-party app experiences. You’ll strategically drive product development by partnering closely across Design, Product, and Engineering—staying highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and perceptive.

You’ll help keep teams aligned, unblock progress, and ensure the design vision is carried through from early exploration to final implementation, working hand-in-hand with Engineering to translate intent into high-quality buildable solutions.

### Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in creating and maintaining project plans and tracking documents, including schedules, status updates, and meeting notes
Commitment to designing inclusive and accessible products, with a sensitivity to diverse users and use cases
Experience collaborating closely with engineering and cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end product experiences

### Minimum Qualifications

Proven track record collaborating with creatives and supporting multi-disciplinary teams to ideate, iterate, and launch new product experiences
Experience managing multiple projects, resources, schedules, and priorities across parallel work streams, ensuring high-quality design solutions in a continuously evolving environment
Strong storytelling and communication skills used to influence design intent across a variety of specialized teams and levels within Apple
Portfolio or work examples demonstrating your workflow, process thinking, creative problem-solving, and ability to drive complex initiatives forward
