From design of product packaging, to leading product photo shoots & designing both offline and online digital content for our products, you will work with the product team to launch AMAZING product designs & photos. The Product Graphic Designer will report to our Purchasing & Product Manager and will work cross functionally with the marketing department (along with other internal internal team members) to create effective product graphic designs that deliver sales & conversions across all of our brands. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE; \\- Create offline/ online product specific advertising content via graphic design efforts \\- Experience in product photography is a plus \\- Create label & product packaging via creative thinking & tactical graphic design efforts \\- Create both digital & written content for 3 of our eCommerce brands \\- Work with our 3rd party label printers & direct mail/ print houses \\- Research new digital marketing offerings and tactics and provide recommendations to management to improve visually our eCommerce brands \\- Communicating effectively with management, operations and sales staff as needed SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS; \\- Experience in Photoshop, InDesign and other related graphic design software’s is a must \\- Video editing software is a plus \\- Experience in ecommerce retail platforms such as Shopify, Wordpress, or similar platforms is preferred \\- Proficient using MS word, MS Excel, and internet software applications \\- Strong communication, analytical, influencing and problem resolution techniques \\- Highly organized self-starter ** This is a marketing position that will start at $16.00/ hr + benefits package (401k, health benefits, dental, life insurance).
