Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment, training, and recognition of attorney and non-attorney volunteers, coordinating the publication of the quarterly agency e-newsletter, maintaining organization website and social media, scheduling and facilitating legal MCLE trainings, managing agency participation in community-based events, compiling and inputting data for grants and reports, and maintaining agency-wide database. ALRP’s mission is to help people with HIV/AIDS maintain or improve their health by resolving their legal issues. Maintain and process online and paper attorney application and materials c. Respond to inquiries from potential volunteers d. Provide Rules, Fee Protocol, welcome letter and case tracking log to all new volunteers e. Promptly respond to questions, concerns, and any issues with ALRP Rules and Fee Protocol; and communication issues with Panel Attorneys f. Process applications and enter data into database g. Manage all updates to attorney profiles within the database concerning contact information, availability, and attorney preferences h. Coordinate 20+ legal trainings a year to educate and recruit attorney volunteers: i. Special Events and Office Support Volunteer Recruitment a. Coordinate mass emails and mailings to volunteers, including case tracking logs, volunteer opportunities, and training announcements c. Work with Development Director on clear brand identity, taking the lead on execution of all aspects of graphic design d. Write copy and design for print and electronic communications including email, newsletter feature stories, press releases/media advisories, website news and information pages, annual reports, and a wide variety of public- facing outreach and educational material e. Manage project timeline and workflow for the email and website newsletter and associated social media
