* Conduct structured design feasibility reviews to ensure concepts align with SCADA platform capabilities and performance constraints. * Advanced training or demonstrated expertise in design systems, usability, or front-end implementation preferred. * Strong experience in information architecture, workflow design, and design systems. * Strong ability to build scalable design systems and reusable UI patterns.
