Summary: The Graphic Design Manager realizes a broad range of visual projects to support the organization's marketing and communications needs in addition to internal clients from a variety of departments. Collaborate with Creative Director, Marketing Director, and Senior Director of Marketing on concepts for each campaign and advise on design to best serve the projects. Includes management of Graphics and Media Designer and freelance designers. Work concert duty as required. QualificationsBachelor's degree and/or formal training in graphic design 3-5 years job experience in graphic design and print production Strong design portfolio with print and digital examples Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator required Experience in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro preferred Basic conceptual understanding of marketing preferred Strong digital illustration skills a plus Ability to take design direction and adapt to constructive criticism Experience with leading projects from start to finish and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve desired results Familiarity with print production with knowledge of printing processes and materials preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good proofreading skills Positive attitude with a team approach to project conception and completion Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach a mustBottom of Form Ability to lift 25-pound boxes, and load/transport materials as needed
