Human Resources Administrator Location: Dallas, TX – On-Site 75207 Start: January 2022 Min 3 month contract with potential to convert Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr Weekly Pay and Benefits! Job Duties \\- Provide a high level of administrative and professional support \\- Organize and maintain personnel records for all employees, including all documents related to employer policies, payroll information and medical & benefit information, in accordance with HR laws and best practices \\- Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, reference checks, screening resumes, scheduling phone screens and interviews, and managing candidate logistics/flow \\- Conducts mandatory bi-annual MVR reports for all employees subject to DOT regulations and/or Company Auto Policy \\- Coordinate and research vendors for company events; inform company of HR plans as a point person for strategy and planning of events \\- Understand business goals and recommend effective HR strategies to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase employee engagement, productivity, and retention \\- Assist with the on-boarding process, including new hire orientation and welcome packages \\- Prepares, organizes, and checks new hire files to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately per state and federal regulations \\- Process current or previous employment verification status via phone/email \\- Audit invoices and examines records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations \\- Maintains strict confidentiality of all sensitive employee data, documents, and other information \\- Perform a wide variety of other administrative duties in support of the HR team and function as needed \\- Perform other job duties as assigned Requirements: \\- High school diploma or GED is required \\- Related Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred \\- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources is required. Basic graphic design in Canva or any other software, preferred. \\- Familiarity with state and federal employment laws, guidelines and best practices is preferred \\- Capable of developing technical writing and communications skills \\- Comfortable and confident interacting with executive level employees on a regular basis \\- Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency, especially as to Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point, SharePoint, and other PC based programs \\- Occasional travel between two office locations is required ** Please submit your updated resume for immediate consideration! ** TCW Global is an equal opportunity employer.
