Hybrid Graphic Designer – Brand Campaigns & Creative Studio

ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce creative assets across print, digital, in-store, social, and event channels, ensuring consistency with visual identity and brand standards.Translate campaign objectives into visually compelling executions that drive customer engagement and sales performance.Collaborate closely with copywriting, marketing, and merchandising teams to align creative with business priorities.Support the development of advertising materials, including signage, promotional assets, and visual merchandising elements.Maintain accuracy and quality control across all creative deliverables, from concept to final production.Partner with external vendors and production teams to ensure designs are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.Participate in creative reviews, incorporating feedback and continuously improving design output.Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.Contribute to innovation by experimenting with AI design studio tools to accelerate workflows and enhance creative output.Flex and contribute to ad hoc design and creative requests driven by evolving business priorities, demonstrating a team player mindset and collaborative approachWorking RelationshipsCollaborate closely with growth, digital, brand, PR, communications, merchandising, FP&A, fuel, store operations, and other support divisions.
