Our creative team is growing, and we are looking for talented graphic designers to join our team! Our office provides a collaborative creative work environment where graphic designers are given the opportunity to develop products from concept to production in partnership with our product team.The RolesWe are looking to fill two (2) positions: one on our Publishing team and one on our Gift Bag team. Full-time includes benefits and PTO. Please note these positions do not have any relocation reimbursements or moving expenses, and this is a hybrid role working from home and in office at our Nashville, Tennessee location.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for taking designs from conceptualization to implementation.Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines and the ability to switch priorities quickly.Prepare and deliver 100% accurate digital art files and product specifications for manufacturing.Provide design, proofing, samples, approvals, and product specification follow-up throughout the manufacturing process as needed.Trend Identification and Application—be aware of current trends within all industry areas and be able to translate them into gift product designs.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts or Illustration, fine arts, marketing, or a related field.
