Graphic/Visual Designer – Leadership Communications (Remote, 3 Months with potential for extension)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly talented and strategic Graphic/Visual Designer to create impactful visual communication materials for senior leadership and high-visibility initiatives. This role blends design excellence with storytelling to deliver visually compelling assets that enhance organizational culture, leadership messaging, and external branding.You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, creative leads, and executives to develop presentation decks, campaign materials, and multimedia content that shape the organization’s narrative for internal and external forums.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and refresh visual collateral that reflects organizational culture and values, including newsletters, orientation decks, and diversity communications.Develop original creative content and campaigns for leadership presentations, internal communications, and external channels.Create and maintain design templates to ensure brand consistency and streamline production workflows.Support large-scale meetings and events through video production and broadcasting deliverables.Drive innovation in visual storytelling, ensuring materials align with evolving communication strategies.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, tracking deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder feedback.Collaborate with creative and communication leads to maintain alignment with brand standards.Gather, interpret, and integrate stakeholder feedback into design revisions for continuous improvement.Qualifications & Experience10–15 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or creative media.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere) and Microsoft PowerPoint.Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail and quality.Strong visual storytelling and communication skills, with a sharp design aesthetic.Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Why JoinThis is an exciting opportunity to apply creativity and strategic design expertise to high-impact executive communications that shape the organization’s voice and vision.
