Illustrator / Graphic Design

Who We Are: Schwazze (SHHwahZZ) is a purpose-driven, vertically integrated cannabis operator. This role focuses on adapting approved brand systems and creative direction into localized executions that support retail operations, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement in New Mexico markets. Working closely with the Design Manager and cross-functional partners, this role ensures that creative assets are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand standards, compliance requirements, and store-level needs. Design Development (50%) • Execute visually compelling design assets for in-store displays, signage, packaging, digital ads, and social media in support of New Mexico retail brands. • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in retail or consumer goods environments.
