General Job Description The Graphic Designer will provide specialized communications and graphic design support for the Medicaid Program, with a primary focus on the implementation of federal policy changes under HR 1, including the rollout of Community Engagement Requirements and other program modifications. Responsibilities include communication and media campaign planning; creative concept development; design and production of print, digital, social, and web materials; and final file preparation and archiving. The Graphic Designer will serve as the creative lead for all educational materials related to HR 1 implementation and will collaborate closely with EOHHS program staff, policy teams, and external partners. This position follows a flexible hybrid model with no required in-office days; the final hybrid schedule will be determined collaboratively with the selected candidate. Design all print and digital materials related to HR 1 implementation, including Community Engagement Requirements, eligibility changes, member notices, provider communications, and public education campaigns.
