Illustrator/Graphic

The Senior Graphic Designer is a highly skilled creator responsible for elevating the Daniel Defense brand through expert-level design execution, hands-on production, and cross-department collaboration. This role blends advanced creative capabilities with the ability to work directly with leadership, internal stakeholders, and select external partners. The Senior Graphic Designer leads high-level creative execution across print, digital, product, and environmental touchpoints. Maintain an expert understanding of firearms industry regulations and ensure all materials adhere to legal and safety guidelines. Provides adequate support, training and development to team members to continuously improve Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery and Productivity.Bachelors degree I Graphic Designer, Visual Communication or a related field; or a combination of related experience, education and/or training to sufficiently and successfully perform the essential functions of the job.4-7 years of professional design experience.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD); strong capability in motion/video tools (After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent).Strong understanding of brand systems, marketing fundamentals, and multi-channel creative execution.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Strong understanding of firearms safety, industry standards, and compliance requirements.Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting and bending throughout the workday.
