The ideal candidate is a big-picture thinker with a strong design sensibility, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.See How to Apply, below.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Execution & Brand Consistency (60%)Conceptualize and create strategic design solutions across multiple channels—including collateral, packaging, in-store signage, emails, banner ads, presentations, and more.Uphold and evolve our brand identity, ensuring visual consistency across all projects and platforms.Maintain organized design files and file structure to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.Partner with internal stakeholders—including creative managers, copywriters, and business leaders—to interpret briefs, brainstorm ideas, and refine concepts based on feedback.Ensure alignment between design work and strategic business objectives.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution and meeting deadlines.Strategic Thinking (10%)Contribute to the development of design strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring creative solutions are both visually compelling and strategically effective.Stay informed on design, fashion, editorial, technology, and retail trends, integrating relevant insights into creative work.Continuously explore new tools, methods, and visual storytelling techniques to enhance our brand presence.Requirements3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a design, fashion, retail, or editorial environment.Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).Strong understanding of visual history, classical references, and contemporary design trends.QualificationsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions confidently.Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.A go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts easily to evolving needs.This is a full-time position based between our two office locations in Tribeca, New York and Gowanus, Brooklyn.40 hours/week.
