In-House Graphic Designer

The graphic designer’s role is to create and communicate ideas and information through visual concepts that inspire and captivate audiences. Ability to produce highly creative visual work for messaging, email, social media, print, outdoor, internet, merchandise, and other marketing materials. • Follow already established brand and logo guidelines for websites, applications, events, outdoor billboards, print media, online menus, social media, print signage, digital displays and other marketing collateral • Produce highly creative visual work for all outlets • Producing creative designs for multiple brands following established brand design guidelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy • Work independently at times, and sometimes based on the direction of management in the creation and design of materials • Lead multiple projects from conception to completion simultaneously in accordance with deadlines • Work collaboratively with the marketing team as well as management staff • Manage time with projects and adhere to deadlines • Contract and expand work time as necessary based on project demand • Maintain high level of knowledge on the latest trends in graphic design and design software • Other responsibilities as necessary • Excellent design skills and creativity • Ability to take direction in design • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva • Knowledge of WordPress • A high level of knowledge in design to include sizes and file types, resolution, print and scanning • High level of spelling, grammatical, and proofreading skills required • Knowledge and creativity for ad design and an ability to adjust based on restricted character counts and graphic restrictions • Understanding of photography and an eye for photos that will convey necessary messages for design goals • Highly organized, motivated, and able to prioritize and multi-task under the pressure of deadlines • High-level attention to detail • Degree in Marketing or advertising or graphic arts; or two years’ marketing, advertising or graphic design-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Valid State-issued driver’s license or Identification card.· • Must be 21 years of age or older.· • Must pass all required background checks.· • Must comply with all legal or company policies and regulations for working in the cannabis industry.· • Must acquire and maintain a Valid Agent Card; always have it on their person when working within the facility. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions. Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday
