The graphic designer should be extremely well versed with the Adobe Creative Suite and be a self starter that is motivated and able to research and learn skills on the go when needed. This is a full time role with 40+ hours of work weekly, with workload and hours differing from time to time. Requirements include: • Strong graphic design background and creativity • A minimum of 2+ years graphic design work experience • Ability to research and learn new skills when needed • A self-starter that is motivated and wants to push the boundaries of design • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar field • Ability to adhere to brand guidelines • Package and prototype design • Layout design skills • Your own laptop that can be brought into work • Vector designs • Understanding of marketing concepts and design principles • Proficiency with Adobe’s Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator • Effective communication and time management skills • Flexible nature and the ability to understand company needs • Great communication skills to explain thought process behind designs • Basic copywriting skills • Strong Illustration skills whether it be digital or hand drawn • Coming into the office for meetings when needed • Photography and some videography with editing experience, does not have to be in the food field but must know how to use DSLR cameras • The ability to multi-task and work on many different projects at one time • Small and large scale print materials, i.e business cards to wallpapers • Video editing • Being a responsible self-starter who is good at working alone • Weekend work when needed (it would be scheduled and discussed in advance) • Understanding of a salaried vs. hourly role Job Type: Full-time / Hybrid Position Application Question(s): • Are you able to work at our Alpharetta office when needed?
