In-House Graphic Designer

We are a niche printing and design company that works mostly with the entertainment and sports industry providing credentials for large events and festivals. We are currently seeking to hire an in house (ONLY) Graphic Designer to join our design team. **Please be sure to submit your resume along with your online portfolio, or you may not be considered for this position. ** Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM **Skills Required:** \\- Self-starter and team player \\- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects \\- Solid knowledge of design concept through print, including setting up files with bleed, color separations, and CMYK color (or Pantone colors as needed) \\- Production skills must include knowledge of proper management of links, fonts, ink colors, resolution, pre-flighting files and setting up projects for print \\- Must be proficient in creating and manipulating vector graphics \\- Ability to creatively design under specific design parameters such as brand guidelines \\- Able to take creative criticism and modify designs to accommodate client needs \\- Web design experience is a plus \\- Marketing and social media a plus **Program:** \\- Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) \\- Microsoft Office \\- Filemaker Pro \\- MAC Proficient **Duties:** \\- Design multiple projects at once \\- Must be able to design in multiple graphic styles \\- Ability to work overtime when requested \\- Ability to multitask in a demanding fast paced environment \\- Ability to meet project deadlines **Education:** \\- Minimum 2 years of professional design experience **Benefits Include:** \\- Medical Coverage available \\- 401k \\- Sick pay (3 days) \\- Casual attire
