Responsibilities Graphic Design (Adobe Expert) • Create listing flyers, social media posts/stories, email graphics, signage, and print materials • Build and maintain templates to keep output fast and consistent • Keep brand standards tight (fonts, spacing, color, layout) Photography + Editing • Shoot listing photos (interiors/exteriors) and occasional lifestyle/team content • Edit in Lightroom + Photoshop with a consistent, professional look • Deliver final photo sets on schedule Organization / Production Support • Manage file organization, naming conventions, and version control • Track deadlines and communicate proactively with the team • Coordinate shoot schedules and asset needs (addresses, access, shot lists) Please submit: • A link to your design portfolio • A link or attachment of your photo portfolio (10–20 images; before/after edits welcome) • A short note answering: • Which Adobe apps you use most • Your typical turnaround time for a flyer + a photo set • Why you’re a fit for fast-paced production work
