As our first in-house Graphic Designer on the Product Go-to-Market team, you'll play a pivotal role in how our fintech products are introduced to the market. Your designs will shape launch materials and sales enablement tools, directly influencing customer and stakeholder experiences with our brand. This exciting opportunity will allow you to enhance your visual design and communication skills in a dynamic tech atmosphere, defining what excellent design means for our team. We seek a curious, proactive designer with a sharp eye for detail.

This remote position requires candidates to reside within approximately 70 miles of our office locations in Allen, TX; Charlotte, NC; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Louisville, KY; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

The salary for this position ranges from $59,750 to $85,000 and will be determined based on your location and level of experience.

Your Responsibilities:
• Execute small to medium-scale design projects assigned by Go-to-Market Product Managers, with potential for increased responsibility.
• Layout product collateral available for download on our marketing website.
• Design web pages and visuals for internal and customer-facing support resources.
• Create engaging visuals for strategic presentations (Google Slides) that help narrate our evolving product story.
• Maintain presentation templates and assist team members in their usage.
• Organize and manage a presentation asset library to ensure materials remain updated and accessible.
• Apply existing templates and brand standards to maintain visual consistency.
• Stay informed about trends in graphic and web design, recommending beneficial improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including product managers, copywriters, engineers, and fellow designers.
• Exercise sound judgment in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree focused on communication and design.
• Minimum of three years of experience in print and digital design, emphasizing product collateral and brand marketing.
• Proficient in typography, layout, and color theory as applied to corporate communications.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Notion, and Google Workspace.
• Must present an understanding of design craft through an online portfolio or PDF of professional work.

• Experience in simplifying complex ideas through compelling visual storytelling.
• Effective communicator in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
• Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments while working towards strategic goals.
• Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote workspace.
• Detail-oriented with proofreading and editing capabilities.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and iterate quickly.
• Self-motivated with a drive to advance work with minimal supervision.
• A desire to grow into leadership roles.
