In-House Graphic Designer / Apparel Production Artist

Prior apparel industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person on production-specific processes such as screen print separations, embroidery sizing/prep, and shop workflow. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, dependable, and eager to grow with our company long-term. Strong Adobe Illustrator skills Strong Adobe Photoshop skills Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail Strong typography, layout, and design understanding Ability to recreate/vectorize artwork Good communication and teamwork skills Organized and dependable Ability to manage multiple projects at once Apparel or print industry experience T-shirt or merchandise design experience Experience working in a production environment Experience preparing print-ready artwork Familiarity with embroidery or screen printing processes is a plus, but not required What We’re Looking For
