Bring your creativity, graphic design skills, and the mindset of "no job too big or small.” Qualifications Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design or related discipline preferred Intermediate/strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong Proficiency in graphic design and working with Adobe CC suite of programs, including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills as well as proofreading and editing abilities Possess personal skills; collaborative, proactive, and approachable with a strong desire to learn and grow Excellent attention to detail Reliable and punctual, takes pride in owning your responsibilities and contributing to the team Ability to work in a sales or similar fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Candidates must be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, creative, and able to work independently Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to brokers Responsibilities This position will be an integral part of the marketing team by supporting day-to-day graphic design tasks such as creating property marketing brochures, pitch decks, maps from aerial photos, tenant site- selection packages and other digital assets for email blasts, social media posts and press releases Apply professional graphic design principles to the creation of materials, documents, websites, and other graphic products Create custom designs for property-specific marketing Provide creative input to support marketing and business initiatives
