Solicit private/corporate events for Restaurant and work with General Manager to ensure all events are accurately costed to deliver profit at company-agreed margins. Respond to incoming leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner while continually growing relationships with potential, current and new clients. Meet with potential clients and engage in direct marketing at local businesses and facilities as well as promoting the venue and services through social marketing in medium such as Instagram and Facebook. The ideal candidate has the ability to create social media content and experience in simple graphic design for creating visual stories and other promotional items.
