Job Description We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and organized Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist to join our growing team. This position combines graphic design with hands-on print production preparation for screen printing and embroidery. Print Production * Prepare files for screen printing and embroidery production. * Troubleshoot artwork issues before jobs reach production. Qualifications * 2+ years of graphic design experience (apparel industry preferred) * Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop * Strong understanding of vector artwork and color separation * Experience preparing artwork for screen printing preferred * Knowledge of embroidery digitizing is a plus * Excellent attention to detail * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Excellent communication and customer service skills Preferred Experience * Screen printing production * DTF printing * Embroidery production * RIP software * CorelDRAW (a plus) * Printavo or other production management software (a plus) What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is creative, dependable, and enjoys seeing their designs come to life.
