Innovation Specialist

The Innovation Specialist will To be a core part of the broader "Reinvent" initiative, which aims to support the development and implementation of the Firm's Reinvent strategy. They will encourage using creative problem-solving techniques, enabling collaboration with our colleagues and clients to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance the client experience. Depending on the project, The individual will: Skills and Experience: Experience working in service design, product design, user experience, or similar, and have had some exposure to rapid prototyping methods and tools like Adobe Creative Suite; Alternatively experience in broad process improvement and project management experience or direct legal practice experience with an interest in and experience of doing things differently
