Inside Sales and Marketing Manager

Party Headphones is expanding its sales and marketing support to accommodate our quickly growing client sets. This role will be responsible for expanding sales and marketing efforts while managing client relationships. We're looking for a forward-thinking and ambitious professional with a self-starter personality. As a member of our team, we expect you to have a similar outlook and initial knowledge. Marketing focused efforts include: Outreach campaigns to new or existing customer sets Monthly email marketing efforts Website content improvements and overhauls Improvement to customer-facing information Managing graphic design improvements (outside help available) Brand development efforts New product marketing materials Inside Sales focused efforts include: Develop and build a reputation with new sales leads based on traction in the market and new product growth Build rapport with customers by providing a friendly and approachable demeanor, and giving accurate guidance Advise customers about the right features or services for their needs and wants Explain to customers the difference in performance and convenience related to each purchase Develop product knowledge concerning all of our systems and the products and services we provide Work with the general manager to conduct weekly status and update reports Pay Full time, $35,000.00 base pay with $4,000-$30,000 in performance based bonuses Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance 401k Open vacation policy Schedule 8-hour day Monday to Friday Location Central Tucson, AZ In-person office time is required a minimum of 2 days a week Education High-school diploma or equivalent (Required) Associates degree or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location One location Experience Required 0-3 years email marketing knowledge 0-3 years of sales experience 0-3 years of customer service experience QUALIFICATIONS Required Experience: Exceptional practices in place for reliable and detail- oriented work Impeccable writing and speaking skills; principles and practices of sound business communication; correct English usage, including spelling, punctuation, and grammar Sales, time management practices, and procedures, including how to properly organize and manage documents/files Methods, practices, and techniques for project management Basic principles and practices of sales administration, including quoting, invoicing, and maintaining records Computer systems, google apps, word processing, spreadsheet software, and other standard office equipment including printing/copying Knowledge or strong willingness to quickly become proficient in CRM systems (i.e., Active Campaign, Hubspot, Salesforce, or Mail Chimp) Strong knowledge of Google Applications (i.e. sheets, docs, presentations, sites, file organization) Basic knowledge of social media (i.e. Facebook or LinkedIn) Mobile savvy.
