Graphics Signage Digital Printing Inside Sales Coordinator Precision Sign and Design is a 10 yr old Tulsa based graphics and signage company serving Northeast Oklahoma and beyond. We are seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support outside sales staff and manage smaller projects independently. Qualifications: \- Min 1-2 yrs inside sales or customer service \- Min 1-2 yrs Signage and Graphics Industry experience \- Associates degree preferred but not mandatory Responsibilities: Work as part of a team that includes you as the Inside Sales Coordinator, an Outside Sales Representative, and a Production Specialist. \- Support outside sales efforts as necessary \- Serve as first point of contact for phone/email inquiries \- Prepare estimates and work orders \- Communicate with customers about order status and changes \- Keep a bright/positive attitude and professional appearance Skills and Competencies: \- General Product Knowledge (Digital Printing, Graphics, Signage, Vehicle Wraps) \- Good Communication Skills \- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) \- Basic design capability (Adobe Illustrator) \- Works independently but always team focused \- Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail Compensation and Benefits: \- $14.50-$16.00 per hour \- Paid Time Off \- 3% company savings match Website: www.precisionsigntulsa.com
