Inside Sales Representative

Local company is seeking a to hire a new inside sales representative to assist with awards, promotional products and screen printing sales. Have fun while learning about new and exciting industries. Responsibilities: •Welcome and identify customer needs •Explain products and services to customers in person, over the phone and via email •Provide quotes and process customer orders •Track the progress of each job from start to completion Qualifications: •Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields in an office type setting •Ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment with the ability to multitask on several jobs at once •Have the ability to provide great customer service and build rapport with customers •Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must Software / Computer Qualifications: •Typing ability •Computer Literate Education: •Must have a high school diploma •Must have at least a two year degree or equivalent work experience •Any graphic design knowledge a plus but not necessary Benefits •Medical Benefits are offered after 30 days of employment •Vacation time (PTO) is given after 1 year of employment This is a full-time position (Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm).
