Moi! We’re Pinpops®, a Finnish company making custom promotional products for B2B customers, from lanyards and lapel pins to socks with your company’s name on them. Someone has to make those. We’re glad it’s us. Founded in the land of a thousand lakes and even more saunas, we're on a mission to bring the warmth and innovation of Finnish culture to the world of promotional products.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping customers and knows their way around design software. You'll be part of the American force behind our sales success, charming clients with your wit and turning leads into loyal customers faster than we can say noniin.

You’ll be working with Finns, so expect straight answers, dry humor, and a flat organization. We like getting things done, but we also like going home. Work-life balance isn’t just something we put in the job posting.

What You’ll Do

Look after customers. Answer calls and emails, prepare quotes, recommend products, and follow up on inquiries. No high-pressure sales pitches. Just be helpful and know your stuff.Handle artwork and proofs. Create and adjust designs, prepare digital proofs, make revisions, and get files ready for production. Catch the typo before it ends up on 1,000 lanyards.Stay on top of orders. Keep track of approvals, details, and deadlines, working with customers, production partners, and our Finnish team.Help keep the office running. Arrange shipments, track deliveries, pack orders, organize samples and supplies, and handle general office tasks. Some days involve more cardboard than others.

What We Expect from You

Working proficiency in Adobe software, particularly Illustrator, is required. Previous experience in the print industry is a plus, but not a requirement. You should be comfortable working independently with customer-provided artwork, preparing digital order proofs, and getting files ready for production. This is prepress work rather than creating designs from scratch.

You’re friendly, organized, and attentive to details. You follow through and take initiative without waiting for someone to ask. A little sisu (Finnish grit and determination when things get tricky) will come in handy.

Speaking Finnish isn’t required. We wouldn’t do that to you.
