-Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives and offer samples and solutions. Create work orders with complete order details and pertinent information for production and put on job board. -Assist customers on artwork and design. Ensure accuracy, proceed & communicate accordingly -Degree in Graphic Design -Customer service and sales experience - Proficiency time management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving abilities
