JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer with a strong background in graphic design, visual design, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and detail, and the ability to create engaging, visually appealing instructional materials that enhance the learning experience.Key Responsibilities:Instructional Design: Develop and design engaging and effective instructional materials, including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, and other digital content. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify target audience needs and create tailored learning solutions. Utilize visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory to improve the effectiveness of instructional content.Motion Graphics: Design and animate motion graphics for use in e-learning modules, instructional videos, and promotional materials. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and project requirements.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMinimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design/Creative design role with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, visual design, and motion graphics work.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Evolve).Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories (macro/Micro).Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Highly organized with a background in training material connected to onboarding (access tools, ramp up).NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExperience with UX/UI design principles and tools.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards.Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in e-learning design.Pay$35-$42 per hourSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionDesignIndustriesTechnology, Information and Media #J-18808-Ljbffr
