The Instructional Designer I helps create eLearning courses and course components as well as video and audio training assets. The Instructional Designer I is responsible for knowing and adhering to Yardi’s internal design standards for basic projects, utilizing basic editing and design skills and seeking and incorporating feedback from reviewers. Creates content and obtains, analyzes, and incorporates constructive feedback from a variety of reviewers including industry experts, clients, and Yardi management Basic familiarity with audio tools such as Adobe Audition and Audacity Ability to learn and develop basic video and audio editing skills
