Integrated Designer

The Integrated Designer owns the execution of the company’s visual brand across digital, web, social, print, events, and sales-facing materials. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent design work that ensures the brand shows clearly and cohesively across all customer-facing and internal touchpoints. Brand & Visual Identity • Serve as the primary steward of the company’s visual identity across all formats • Own the day-to-day application of the brand across marketing, sales, and internal materials • Maintain and evolve brand templates, design systems, and visual standards • Provide design guidance to internal teams to ensure consistent, on-brand execution Campaign & Digital Design • Design integrated campaign assets across web, email, social, print, and related touchpoints • Own the design of landing pages and email templates, including building and maintaining templates in tools such as Salesforce Account Engagement, HubSpot, or Mailchimp • Create assets for content programs, social media, paid campaigns, and print collateral • Partner with the web team on page layouts, visual updates, and campaign-related web work • Translate campaign briefs into cohesive visual systems that scale across channels Experience and Skills • Experience taking design projects from concept through execution across multiple formats • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital, web, and print design • Excellent visual judgment, with strong skills in layout, typography, and color • Hands-on experience designing emails and landing pages within marketing platforms • Experience creating presentation templates and customer-facing materials • Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback • Working knowledge of video or motion tools is a plus, not required • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Figma/Canva, hands-on design execution across social, print, presentation MFST, including web,email and landing page development in platforms such as Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) orHubSpot.
