Integrated Designer

Location: Jacksonville, FL They are seeking an experienced full-time Designer to join their team. Experience: 3–5 years of design experience (agency, in-house, freelance, or internship), with a proven track record of delivering results across both digital and print platforms. Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is essential; experience with Figma, Canva, and Microsoft Office is a plus. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Curious, creative, and proactive approach to solving visual challenges Awareness of emerging creative technologies, with the ability to apply AI tools to support ideation, design efficiency, and innovation Skill with various Email Marketing Platforms and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus
