Interactive Designer — Figma

Studio Zubio is seeking a junior interactive designer to create visual video mockups that demonstrate users navigating and interacting with websites and software interfaces.

Figma expertise is the primary requirement. After Effects Editing and any other motion-design experience is a strong plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

Recreate desktop and mobile interfaces in FigmaCreate stylized interface mockups for instructional videos and animated GIFsDemonstrate users navigating websites and using product featuresDesign cursor movements, clicks, hover states, selections, scrolling, and transitionsSimplify complex interfaces while preserving important user actionsBuild reusable components, variants, templates, and organized Figma librariesPrepare clean, layered files for animation and video productionCreate alternate layouts, visual treatments, and levels of abstractionApply feedback consistently across multiple projects

Strong, demonstrable Figma skillsExcellent visual-design and layout fundamentalsUnderstanding of interface behavior and user interactionAbility to communicate sequences of user actions visuallyExceptional organization and attention to detailAbility to work within an established visual systemComfortable handling confidential client materialsAfter Effects, motion design, prototyping, or video-editing experience is a plusApplicants should submit a portfolio featuring Figma-based interface design, interactive prototypes, product walkthroughs, or UI motion work.
