Qualifications: -Experience in the design field, degree in architecture/interior design preferred -Proficiency in Revit + Adobe Suite -Experience with an online design management program (Ivy or similar) -Strong graphic and rendering skills -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously -Exemplary organizational and interpersonal skills -Understanding of how to assemble a full set of construction documents -Attention to detail and collaborative attitude Responsibilities: -Develop projects alongside architect from concept through construction -Support design documentation process from interiors perspective including plans, elevations, and renderings -Specify fixed finishes, furnishings, lighting -Place and track orders -Assist principal on ongoing interiors projects -Light office administrative work -Project management
