This internship is designed to expose students to the Marketing & Design function of commercial... real estate, specifically as it supports business to business marketing and dealmaking, through hands-on experience and training. This internship will involve working approximately 40 hours per week (in person in our Jacksonville office) for a duration of approximately 8 weeks, and once trained, this opportunity will be hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days with the option to work remotely. Are You Qualified? Required: • Must be a student in good standing at an accredited 4-year college or university, currently enrolled as a Junior level or above in an undergraduate degree program for Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field of study • GPA of at least 3.0 at the time of application • Intermediate level proficiency or higher with current Microsoft Office software (including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and Internet research functionality • Knowledge and proficiency of current Adobe Creative Suite • Ability to learn new programs and software quickly • Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8 hours/day during a day shift with 3 days a week being in-office days (2 days with a work from home option, once trained) Learn more about us at RegencyCenters.com.
