Intern, Video Production & Graphic Design (58261)

The Reading Fightin Phils are hiring a Video Production and Graphic Design Intern to create graphics, videos, and digital content for fans and support game presentation. The intern will assist with live video board operations, produce promotional and highlight content, and contribute to event and community activations.

Responsibilities

Assist with in-game video board operations, including running video, graphics, replays, and camera feedsOperate live production equipment, including NewTek Tricaster and 3Play systems, and Daktronics Show ControlSupport the game day production crew, including camera operators and control room staffSet up, test, maintain, and properly store production equipment before and after each gameTroubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced live-production environmentCreate graphics, videos, and content designed to entertain fans, including content for the video board and other gameday presentation elementsProduce postgame highlight packages and edit promotional clips for in-stadium and online useProduce commercials, promotional videos, and other content for marketing and sponsor useCapture and edit photo and video content at games, community appearances, and special eventsDevelop creative content concepts that showcase the Fightin Phils brand, players, promotions, theme nights, and fan experienceHelp organize and maintain photo, video, and digital content librariesCollaborate with the marketing, promotions, and partnership teams to support sponsor activations, theme nights, and special eventsAttend and contribute to on-site activations and community appearancesAssist front office staff with other tasks as they arisePerform all job tasks in compliance with the philosophy, policies, goals, and budget of the Reading Fightin Phils
Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After EffectsExperience with NewTek 3Play and NewTek Tricaster productsExperience with Daktronics Show ControlExtensive knowledge of the game of baseball; the position requires a good understanding of baseball statisticsCurrently enrolled as an upperclassman or recent college graduateStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to meet deadlines and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, live-event environmentAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamWillingness to receive and implement creative feedbackCommunications, media production, marketing, or sports management preferred
