Internship, Graphic Designer, People Content (Winter/Spring 2026)

Our year around program places the best students in positions that they will grow both technically and personally through their experience working closely with their Manager, Mentor, and team. We provide an experience that allows for the intern to experience life at Tesla by giving them projects that are critical to their team’s success. This person will be responsible for designing and developing content that brings our HR/People campaigns, policies, processes, and programs to life in memorable and meaningful ways. What You'll Bring • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field • Strong understanding of graphic design, motion design, typography & branding principles • Ability to generate compelling ideas, problem solve, and achieve goals using design tools/software • Skilled in graphic design tools and software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) • Positive attitude with a bias for action/solutions, working well with others, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment
