This person provides support and commitment to the team with a positive and enthusiastic personality, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and creative problem-solving. The GM will ensure the guest experience is up to company standards at all times while maintaining an exciting, inviting and collaborative environment for both guests and staff. Oversee and manage all areas of the guest experience including tasting room, kitchen and event spaces. Work alongside Event Manager for private event bookings and day of execution Experience in a management position in the food and beverage industry
