IMMEDIATE POSITION AVAILABLE! We're looking for someone who has a graphics background, and also knows a good deal about technical support. Duties and Responsibilities: Supervising daily operations of network and server infrastructure Assessing and purchasing new and replacement hardware Troubleshooting computer hardware, VOIP phone system, printers, and more when they malfunction Create ads for the weekly newsletter utilizing Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator Create printed ads, and in-house store signage when needed Create promotional videos for use on social media when needed Work Experience Required: 2+ years of technical support or related work experience 2+ years of Graphic Design experience Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop is a MUST Experience with maintaining and upgrading computer hardware/software is a MUST Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and After Effects and/or Premier are also a MUST Experience troubleshooting within a Windows environment is also a MUST Nice to Haves: Work experience troubleshooting POS software Work experience working within a server environment An ability to NOT buckle under pressure from sudden deadlines or Photoshop edits
