Position Summary: Maintain and troubleshoot the corporate computer system, copier, fax and phone system and other related hardware. Experience with basic level Web Design (WordPress, etc.) • Maintain and troubleshoot the computer system, working with hardware and systems vendors when necessary. • Install all hardware and software • Setting up new workstations • Assists in the orientation of new employees to the computer and communications systems at the medical center including creating a network logon and corporate email for them • Assisting in employee concerns with the communication systems • Maintain network security, including firewall and anti-virus software protection, as well as internal network security policies and user access • Proactively seek out ways to improve efficiency of information system • Other related duties incidental to the work described herein • Comply with all policies of CRMC.
