Position Description:The Graphic Artist will work cross functionally with Sales and Merchandising to create and develop seasonal artwork while supporting the overall company objective. This role will work closely with our Art and Design teams to conceptualize and create the coolest designs for our customers. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in Disney character art and will have relevant experience, a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, free thinking & deep understanding of design fundamentals. Must have advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator. REQUIREMENTS:Knowledge and strong experience in character art, in particular, Disney character art is preferred.Knowledge and affinity for Disney brands preferredPrior apparel industry experience highly preferredCollege level coursework in graphic design, art or related field, or equivalent experienceBachelor’s Degree is highly preferredTwo or more year’s graphic retail / textile experienceThorough knowledge of graphics production (i.e. silk screen color separation, camera ready art, heat transfers, etc.
