The Designer I position is intended as entry level and where individuals will have the opportunity to learn overall Core Values and be introduced to discipline specific standards. Minimum High School diploma or equivalentBeginner Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit software preferredBeginner knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred Ability to think critically to complete design tasks with minimal supervisionAbility to take ownership of the production process and the resulting finished productTask driven with a strong attention to detailExcel at meeting deadlines by utilizing good communication and prioritization skillsWilling and helpful natureAbility to create and maintain productive relationships with other employeesProficiency in English Language, reading, spoken, and written While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear.
