You will collaborate with Production, Strategy and Marketing teams to develop print and digital creative solutions for event-related marketing assets and programs.Please include a portfolio link or PDF document along with your résumé.Responsibilities:Work within Masterbrand requirements to design high-quality and innovative creative, including, but not limited to: event-related materials—such as invitations, signage and printed programs—advertising; brochures; sales aids; etc.Present creative solutions that meet brand standards with the ability to provide the supporting rationaleSynthesize/Interpret design feedback from multiple stakeholdersBe active in the creative process through concept, design, production and deliveryArticulate and present creative concepts clearlyWork with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and vendorsAssist in managing project schedules and vendor relationshipsMotivate internal and external stakeholders and partners to ensure that the project maintains momentumPromptly escalate potential challenges to the program’s successChampion and follow accessibility/ADA guidelinesQualifications:BFA in graphic design or similar discipline and 3+ years of professional design experienceProficiency working on Mac and experience with working on PC operating platformsDesign sensibility and principles with strong design ability in layout, composition, typography and color usagePrint production skills, including preparing print-ready filesAbility to set up and work with style sheets in various programsStrong organizational skills for project and file managementExcellent project and time management skillsStrong interpersonal skills and positive work ethic with the skill to take and shareprofessional feedbackStrong portfolio that showcases technical design skills and the creative processStrategic creative thinkerDetail-oriented and can review his/her own work carefullySelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:Experience working in a corporate industry and/or creative agencyExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite requiredDemonstrated ability to create animated graphics in Adobe After Effects #J-18808-Ljbffr
