Jr. Art Director

Growing national consumer products marketing agency with strong strategic, creative and digital capabilities is looking for a Jr. Art Director that dreams big, has fun and gets things done in collaboration with our ambitious team and clients. You will need to bring your creative flair and strong visual style to concepts and be comfortable with all media platforms, including: • Digital communications, websites, mobile apps, social media, email marketing and video • Branding, advertising, point of sale, print design & trade programs in all forms This is a full-time hybrid role for a Jr. Art Director based in Allentown, PA, with the flexibility of some remote work. The Jr. Art Director will collaborate with creative teams to develop and execute compelling visual concepts and campaigns. Skills Required*: • Aptitude to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders • Strong concept development and design skills • The ability to interpret strategic and creative briefs to create unique ideas • Is Comfortable ideating (Ideation for current and future clients) / developing new ideas (Brainstorming with copywriters or other Sr. Creative Positions resulting in management and delivery of visual presentations • Mastery of design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects and XD/Figma • The confidence to communicate your ideas and sell them to peers and clients • The flexibility to work with client teams to meet client expectations • The ability to manage tight deadlines and demands from multiple clients.
