Jr. Designer

You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to build designs that will meet the current initiatives. As a Jr. Designer, you have no problem thinking outside the box, learning new things, and working as a team to complete high-level strategies. Responsibilities and Duties: -Work with our team to create emails, landing pages, ad creative, marketing materials, social media content, and more -Produce visual elements for various marketing campaigns that will engage and nurture incoming leads -Produce emails using HTML templates -Test and enhance drip campaigns for customers at different stages of their journey -A/B test visual design and find solutions for improving the customer experience -Monitor past email performance and strategize plans for improvement -Support the Senior Designer in the development of conceptual ideas and production of marketing materials -Work collaboratively with the marketing team and other departments -Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team Qualifications: -Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, applied arts, visual communication, advertising, marketing, or related field -Knowledge of HTML/CSS -Understanding of responsive design -Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Figma -Accessible Online design portfolio -Exceptional time-management skills -Self-starter that displays ownership of tasks at hand About the company: ONIT Home is your one-stop-shop for tackling residential and commercial improvement projects, both big and small.
